A light, clear rum, meticulously produced via a rigorous 8-week process of fermentation and double distillation. The quintessential base spirits favoured by Singapore’s best bartenders for refreshing mojitos and complex rum cocktails.

❀ Spiced Rum
Compendium Spirits’ latest product, our signature dark rum but made different. Aged in an Oloroso sherry cask, infused with Hong Spices’ extraordinarily aromatic black, white & red Kampot peppers and sweetened with Molasses. Experience a harmonic symphony of flavours – nuttiness from the sherry cask, medley of floral, smoky, citrus, herby, fruity & a hint of umami notes from the peppers & an enhanced caramel flavour.
